Refund policy

Made-to-Order Products

All items sold in this shop are made to order. Because each product is created specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

* Incorrect size selection
* Change of mind
* Ordering the wrong item
* Personal preference
Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

All sales are considered final once production begins.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a replacement request, please include:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.


Shipping Address Errors

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already shipped, we may not be able to reroute the package. In these cases, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where:

* An item arrives damaged or defective
* The wrong item was sent
* An order cannot be fulfilled

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we may not be able to cancel or modify an order once production has begun.
