Shipping policy

Order Processing

All items in our shop are made to order. This means your item is produced after your purchase is placed.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods, production times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times within the United States are typically 3–5 business days after production is complete.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages.

Because our products are produced by different manufacturing partners, items in the same order may be shipped from different facilities and may arrive on different days.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders, which will be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to reroute the package. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
